Whenever you come into our office for services, you likely want to know how much it will cost and how you can make payment. Dr. Shin works with every patient in his office and you will be able to afford your orthodontic treatment without a hassle or problem.

Insurance Policy

Our team of financial coordinators is here to assist you with all of your financial questions. We do accept dental insurance plans – most of them in fact. We will research your insurance plan to make sure that your benefits are maximized and that you do not have to pay as much out of pocket. We are sensitive to the fact that many people may run into financial troubles when it comes to orthodontic care. Because of this, we provide you with a number of payment options. Payment Option A
Pay in full and receive a discount on your services.

Payment Option B
Make a down payment on services and then make monthly payments over an extended period of time.

Payment Option C
Obtain a loan or payment plan through a third-party servicer such as a personal loan or CareCredit.

We do accept ALL major credit cards in our office. For your convenience, we can even setup your monthly payments to automatically pull out of your checking account, so you do not have to remember to call us every month.

Scheduling and Appointment Policies

We will schedule all of your appointments four to eight weeks in advance when you receive active treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you please give us 48 hours’ notice.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment for a later time either the same day, should a spot be open, or another day that has availability. Please know that we must remain on schedule, so it is important to arrive on time for your appointment.
